COMBINE A UNIQUE SPORT WITH YOUR VACATION EXPERIENCE

Take the challenge and learn to sail the Saint Lawrence River!
When I was very young, I would escape to the
seashore. Alone with the sea! Endless murmuring curling waves, tides
that gently welcomed me on sandbanks and abruptly closed them; a
horizon of water blending to sky as far as I could see. My imagination
soared, my spirit free. The sea whispered stories of history and life
far, far away. These were the sea's gifts to me.
I returned to my roots on the shores of the Saint Lawrence River in Charlevoix where history is closely linked to this mighty river. Sailing now brings me intimacy with the sea, well beyond what I have on shore. I can work respectfully and in harmony with Nature's forces.
Sailing is an adventure sport, although it shouldn't be strenuous! It really depends on the sailboat and the winches. Instead, I can learn and apply complex maneuvers and navigation through teamwork and
learning by doing, gaining confidence through my success. learning from
my failure. The complexity of the interplay of the wind, currents and tides challenge the most experienced sailor.
Sailing the Saint Lawrence waterway guarantees you forget the pressures and stress of a hectic lifestyle.
